**Meet Rene Chalet, Also Known as Pusha Persona: Visionary Behind Soul Puppy Music and Musical Minister**

I am Rene Chalet, often recognized by my stage name, Pusha Persona, and I have the honor of being the founder of Soul Puppy Music. and I'm a proud partner of music ministry Higher Power Ent.

My story begins in the bustling city of Danbury, CT, where my love for music sparked at an incredibly young age—I took to the stage at just 3 years old. While I possessed a passion for performing, I was also a naturally shy child grappling with social anxieties. As I transitioned into my teenage years, I encountered a series of traumatic experiences that significantly impacted my mental well-being, leading me to wrestle with depression and addiction. In my search for fulfillment, I often turned to the distractions of the world, hoping to fill the deep emptiness within me.

A transformative moment arrived at the age of 22 when I found true liberation by placing my trust in Christ. This life-changing experience not only freed me from the burdens of my past but also ignited my musical journey in ways I had never imagined. I began to realize that my art could serve as a profound ministry, allowing me to reach out to others and convey a message brimming with hope and redemption.

Today, my music reflects the tapestry of my life experiences, acting as a conduit to connect with the hearts and minds of listeners. It’s not just entertainment; it’s a mission to uplift and inspire. Growing up in a family steeped in musical tradition, I was exposed to a wide array of genres—Jazz, R&B, Hip Hop, Gospel, Rock, Blues, Country, and so much more. This diverse background fueled my creative spirit and inspired me to delve into various instruments. Nearly two decades later, I found my passion blossoming as a bass guitarist, and I quickly expanded my skills to include guitar, keyboard, drums, composition, production, arranging, and beat-making. Each new endeavor deepened my appreciation for the art of music.

As a producer for the talented collective Solomonic Journey, I am fortunate to collaborate with incredible artists like Jonah Nathan, Liz Loja, Antoine Brewster (DJ Triple Threat), Ken Polk (Kaptain Ken of Alpha & Omega Music and Studios), and myself. In addition to my production role, I express my own artistry as Pusha Persona, creating music that not only narrates my journey but also serves as a ministry to inspire and uplift others.

Outside of my artistic ventures, I am dedicated to serving others and honing my craft. I spend countless hours practicing, exploring new songs, singing, and connecting with fellow musicians. With a relaxed and approachable demeanor, I enjoy forming genuine connections with others, and I adhere to the golden rule of treating people as I wish to be treated. 

Through my music, I aspire to convey the transformative essence of faith and the profound joy that arises from living with purpose. I appreciate your interest in my journey and the mission that motivates my musical endeavors!
